Rodney  is responsible for HCG's projects associated with wired and wireless  networks and supporting ICT infrastructure services, monitoring and  management systems including SCADA, SNMP, HMI and NMS technologies, and  mobile and radio communications systems.

Rodney has  diverse knowledge and skills including but not limited to project  management, ITIL, AS9000 and COBIT quality frameworks, SQL databases,  CAD, several computer programming and scripting languages including C#,  PHP, Visual Basic and JAVA.

Rodney has extensive  experience in the management of corporate, enterprise and small business  data networks covering telecommunications, healthcare and agricultural  sectors.

Includes thirteen years with TELECOM AUSTRALIA,  seven years with TELSTRA, fourteen years with DEPARTMENT of HEALTH and  HUMAN SERVICES.

​  Dale  is responsible for HCG's projects associated with PLC programming,  process system architecture design, systems integration, systems  testing, commissioning and transition. Dale has  multi-disciplinary knowledge in telecommunications, security systems,  retail clothing, process engineering including pneumatic, hydraulics,  CAN and electrical systems, including fabrication technologies and  techniques in the building, security, cosmetics, agriculture and food  production sectors. Dale has worked in  telecommunications operations for TELECOM AUSTRALIA and TELSTRA,  a past  managing director of DALCOM, and is a current director of ISLAND EMU  TASMANIA. Dale is credited with designing and manufacturing the world's first commercial, fully automatic emu egg incubator.
